What I collect

• Your name, email, and delivery address when you order — so I can post your bag.
• Your email address if you join the letter — so I can write to you (you can unsubscribe anytime).
• Your phone number if you share it at checkout — only used if there's a delivery issue.

Payment details

Payments are handled by Stripe. I never see or store your card number — it goes straight to Stripe, who process it securely.

What I do with it

• Fulfil your order and let you know when it's on its way.
• Answer your emails.
• Send the occasional letter if you've signed up — new releases, the story, and where the money goes.

I don't run advertising pixels, sell data, or share your details with anyone except the services needed to run the shop (Stripe for payments, and my email provider for the letter).

Your rights

You can ask me at any time to see, correct, or delete the personal data I hold about you. Just email southcoastmum@gmail.com and I'll sort it.
