Terms, kept simple.
These terms cover buying The Daisy from SCM, South Coast Mum — a small independent business run by Daisy Bevis on the south coast of the UK.
Ordering
The Daisy is available in limited quantities, whilst stocks last. When you check out, a bag is reserved for you for 30 minutes while you pay. If payment isn't completed in that time, the bag goes back on sale.
Payment
Prices are in pounds sterling and shown at checkout. Payment is taken securely by Stripe at the time of order. Optional donations are charged at the same time and are non-refundable.
Shipping
We ship within the UK only. Each bag is packed by hand and dispatched within 3–4 working days, then sent via tracked Royal Mail. You'll receive a tracking link by email when your bag is on its way.
Returns
You can return your bag unused and in its original packaging within 14 days of delivery for a full refund of the bag price. Return postage is covered by the customer. To start a return, email southcoastmum@gmail.com.
If something goes wrong
If your bag arrives damaged or there's a problem with your order, get in touch and I'll put it right. Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights as a UK consumer.
