Each bag is packed by hand in acid-free tissue paper, sealed with a craft sticker, and sent in a 100% recycled, carbon-neutral bag via Royal Mail Tracked. We ship within the UK only.
UK Shipping
I'm a one-woman operation, so each bag is packed by hand and dispatched within 3–4 working days of your order. You'll get a tracking link by email as soon as it's on its way.
Returns
If your bag isn't quite right, you can return it unused and in its original packaging within 14 days of delivery for a full refund of the bag price. Return postage is covered by the customer.

Faulty or damaged on arrival? Please send a photo within 48 hours and we'll sort it — no quibbles.
